Good massage on Long Island or FLushing

Here comes my first post.
I have been going to Flushing and Long Island AMP, mostly affordable and decent, but lacking to find an qualified provider who gives CMT qualify massage and HE. I have back problem , lower back butt and hamstring areas need detailed work.
SO far i have few but most lack finding problem muscle group and working extensively on them. I can have 90 or 120 minute sessions if needed.
I am sure this community knows few and direct me to provider, AMP or Independent. Cost is important as well as clean and quite location preferred.
