Girls what would you expect in a guy when he introduces himself?

I want to go up to this girl in school out of the random and start talking to her but would you guys expect me say so you know i'm trying to flirt because i don't want to her to be uncomfortable. I also don't want to be the friend type of person because all the time when i get to know a girl they always end up seeing me only as a friend. I'm 19 and only had 2 gfs in my life and relationship lasted less than 2 months because they said they saw me as a friend only but people say i'm cute but i don't seem like the relationship type of person :[.....Can you guys help with examples thanks

Thing is mate relationships dont start happening until you get to my age (25) at your age you should be trying to get with as many girls as you can and forming some friends. start going out to town with friends etc and hanging out. once you get into work and start your career life becomes a drag. 9-5 slog etc.
Anyways never mind talking to her about stuff, just get her when she is alone, with as little distraction as possible and ask her out, Make sure you are comfortable when you do it, like have a couple shots of alcohol before you do it to calm your nerves. works for me couple shots dont down the entire bottle. some people get that confused. then when you two are hanging out then you talk about stuff and get to know her. if its meant to be its meant to be, but if it doesnt work out mate, dont worry theres plenty more out there. little something to go with, walk up to her and say "so you're (whatever her name is) right? then comment about her features like hair makeup etc. have you done something with your hair? is that a different shade of mascara? it looks really good on you yada yada yada. If you ask this and you are relaxed then she will be as well. if you are nervous and fidgety and you show it then she will sense it as well andthats a whole new set of problems. Hence the alcohol or weed either or

Just talk to her find out her Interests and start from there and a girl can't resist a guy who compliments her saying, here hair looks pretty or she looks pretty. Something along those lines. This might sound cliche but there's a girl out there for you. Patience is key good luck man.

second if u like the girl and u think she might like you bake talk to her in casual way then if it goes well if u feel she is interested and not trying to avoid you or anything tell her u like her straight in her face
three if she said she likes you too then ask her out sometimes

Well first things first.
By approaching us just to introduce himself, we know he is confident because not many guys have the guts to approach us.
Keep chatting to her and keep eye contact.
If she's carrying something heavy like a bag or even such, some books in her hand, tell her that you'll hold them for her. She should be greatfull for this offer and that should get you guys started.
The next few days keep talking to her , and then when you are ready ask for her number.
