If you go to an AMP or an RMP you are damn right they are standard. Yes you are expected to give a tip at an AMP but that is because they are paid shit. The only places where not getting a HJ is acceptable is from a licensed massage therapist working for a Spa or Hotel. and even under those circumstances a HJ may be received.
