Hi, I'm pretty much in the know on the issue of Eastern European women, and especially Czech and Slovak women. I've lived in Prague for 3 years and really know my way around here. I'm kind of jaded. Czech women seem great in the short term, but long term, I'm not finding them much different than American women. Pound for pound, Slovaks probably make the best wives, but there is still a difference in the "look" of a woman you will get. if your young, fit and handsome you will do well, if your 40+, you may be able to get someone in there early 30's, but don't expect a 22 year old, unless she's a pro. I am not exaggerating, I've probably dated over 20 non -pro's in about 3 years - and I've not been like "wow" - she's the one. There are still so many cultural issues and small issues that turn out big that the average Tourist is not going to pick up on. I'm actually considering writing a book about my experiences. I'm probably the best person in Prague to ask about non-pros. Pros - I don't have much expertise on for sure.

icQ can work, basically you just have to do a search. People who are online will show up and you can chat with them. Once I met an Estonian girl who wanted to maet in a neutral city (she offered to pay airfare) which turned out to be prague at that point in time. I didn't follow up for many reasons.

The guy who said try a known site like meetic, etc is completely off base. Those sites are known in the west, but in the east it is a completely different ball game. For example, one of the only countris where google is not an internet search leader is Czech Republic, where seznam.cz is the leader.

Seznamka.cz is a great source for meeting girls, but now that they have hidden the english language section (3 years ago it was on the front page menu, but not it is buried several clicks deep) it has less traffic. But you can get still get great results on there. Any kind of czech girl you can imagine goes on there when they are looking for a man. If you go in the czech section, there are many girls asking for a man to sponsor them (that means give them rent money in exchange for dating). I've heard of girls meeting foreign girls on there and moving to there country to marry them. I know one!

Globally, economic prosperity is not the only origin of the desire to meet/marry a foreign man. You can find such girls in every country, so they will gravitate to the websites where they can meet foreign men. IN the case of Czech Republic there are a lot of girls who want to live the high life and the average 1000EUR/month salary in prague doesn't cut it for them. When I first moved to prague my first girlfriend told me that to live well the man needed to make 10,000EUR/month. So there is that factor. But the Czechs are jaded after almost 20 years of poon hounds going there trying to get laid.

Girls in Slovakia and Poland are much more crazy about the prospect of a western man. And for those in the know, they also have a reputation of being better looking.

Other sites that deliver good results are rande.cz and libemseti.Cz. These are 100% czech so very difficult to navigate. But libemseti seems to be the site that the young people favor. But some girls are on there just to get a free meal or a free invitation to a movie. While it might seem cheap to you, on their 500EUR / month budget it's a big thing (the average salary in CZ is much less than the average salary in Prague, which is something like comparing the average salary in New York to the average salary in USA).

For those dating websites where you have to pay a big fee. I think it is a waste of money unless you need hand holding. One girl i went out with when i was living In prague, very beautiful, told me after we broke up that she had to go on there to find an American guy, because the kind she wanted didn't want her. She was more than a little big psycho! And in the end she didn't fidn any boyfriend or husband of there. One of my friends saw her on one of her dates and he said he looked very happy and she looked very sad!

The average Prague salary is now over 1000 Euros per month (that's AVERAGE), and the numbers of Czechs abroad is fairly low, compared to Poles, Slovaks etc. Within 10 years their average salary will have caught up with Germany, and you can quote me on that.

Hey, what about former US secretary of state Ms M Albright and the Donald Trumps's ex wife Ivana? Did't they come from CZ? You're right about CZ relatively good living standard, but you don't mention the liberal attitudes in all of EE, a left over of the 'free love' culture of Socialism. -- Example: many ads and profiles in the Lide Seznamka dating site mentioned here are from girls 43 % of Czechs are professed atheists, the highest such percentage of all EU countires. That must mean something.

Nowadays the Internet made it too cheap/free to entrap lonely/horny men. But in the good ole days before the 'net was invented, I used to solicit girls/women from all over the world by newspaper ads and got great results.

Women would travel great distances at their own expense to meet me, and I actually ended up marrying one from Thailand. Now they even ask for bus/train/air/cab fare in advance even if they live nearby.

Of all the fems I contacted the Czech ones seemed to be the worst. I had two Czech chicks travel to me in CA and had to kick them out quickly. The nicest ones were the SE-Asians, the sexiest ones the Bulgarians and the best looking ones the Russians. I even had 3 certified nymphos, one German the other 2 Austrians, but also a lot of drunks and drug-heads.

Here's a well proven trick to select the better ones: advertise for an au-pair/housekeeper! These are young adventurous girls/women from better families, do not expect much pay, if any at all, and are a lot of fun to seduce.

This is where you will find girls who will be writing personals in english, many with photos. to answer just hit the odpovedet na inzerat. They will recieve your reply. this is the personals that girls are looking for foriegners, maybe 1 in 5 will be in english, but you have hundreds to chose from.

good commentary, and we are making 'blanket' statements keep in mind..I'm sure there are women with traditional lifestyles that could make excellent long term partners as well..I've only been to northern european countries i.e. denmark, netherlands, sweden and even the foreign women I met while in scandinavia from southern europe, north africa, etc. wanted to receive a solid education and succeed to or maintain an upper middle class lifestyle-I found their 'confidence' kinda sexy moreso than threatening. Since I was raised to value education I would probably choose this type, but I have friends who enjoy the 'bimbos from the jungle' also it depends on your taste, I like the kind with a thong AND a degree

RedDog goodpoints. Brazil was nice. No scamming was done. It is easier to meet girls from Brasil than EU countries on the internet. I like all women and did not just settle on the first country and to this date brasil is the only country I have tried. The Argentina threads did also make this attempt. Brasil is great but US also shares heritage with Europe and vacationing there is attractive to many in the US.

When I explore the sites on this web-board I did spend much time looking at Czech women and Czech possibilities and I will say that while there are good looking women everywhere (as you point out), to me the women in Czech and the immeadiate surrounding areas do have a special look that I like.

Again scamming is in no way the intention and as far as free sites if you do not know your way around the computor or internet well, advertising to others on this board is another alternative. Remember, we on this board are sharing information to help each other find what each wants in the adult community.

When I see a dating site that charges excess amount or is not a pay-as-you-go type deal I will say so. This is not a money making thread. I see from your flag you may be European (that is good), however for those in the US when you travel you can waste many days just getting aquainted with surroundings and just starting to meet people.

I will tell you from experience while we all like the professional women, if you have a few non-professional friends you meet on-line it does help finding other friends or places or ideas. Also this way you save some time (maybe) because the amount of time to take these trips and work must be balaced.

Again the idea is to find female friends for of course possible girlfriends and who knows. We all know that pros use the sites as well !

i have meet great women from everywhere in the world. why limit yourself to czech women. i am not clear in your intentions. i mena you went to brazil and what meet a bunch of women and screwed them after convinceing them you where looking for a GF and now of to the CZ and then of to the next place. I think that there is not a reason for a czech women to join a site that has only USA or canada men. When if they wanted to leave there country and i say if they could easily come to the EU and stay still close to home to have frequent visits with friends and family. Most EE and CIS dating sites are having very few women from the new EU member states. and even les coming from the CZ. Then add to that the fact that so many of the dating sites are full of women that are compleate scammers. The the high percentage of girls that are part time scammers. then you get to the percentage that is more or less just working girls or looking for a sponsership situation. Then you have few girls that think they want to move away to get all the opportunities that exisit in the USA or Europe and then they find out that there dreams where inflated. So I just dont see the resoning behind this thread. If this is a other freebie thread I can understand it but at least be honest about it.

Again the idea of above postings fora web approach is to do advance connection before going to Prague so you have something set up to meet or go out with besides the pro.

As to the suggestion about meeting educated types, I have learned that is the only way to attempt this almost impossible project that I am asking all members to contribute to.

Please keep all suggestions on a positive productive level coming.

I even disscussed today starting our own website with web design that would cater to all single Czech women only with advertising i ndide Prague and college towns, with USA and Canadian, to get them attracted. US menwould pay only only to cover expenses and the girls of course would register free and have assisstance uploading fotos onto the website and producing their fotos.


Start up cost is only 5 grand and that is spread out.
This is only a idea, the hard part will be getting women to start up.


This is just a folly idea, so thinking caps are needed.

Sorry but I disagree with you. CZ is an EU member now but the salaries there are still in a level of EUR 300-500 per month in Prague IF you are lucky to have a job!!!! I know some local young women very disappointed with the EU and willing to go abroad at any price. They have a Uni degree but still looking for a good job. I went to www.metrodate.com and signed for the Czech sect. free site membership and it is almost similar to the site I found on Brazil sect www.gazzag.com for those interested

This site turned out to be a bust. I do not trust my monthly fee to a site that prints the exact same written profile for the same girl after girl, but with different pictures. While I am sure its ok if I give my money, I am looking for the more mainstream that trys to see their product with good service. I will keep trying the others and if a good one comes up will post.
