If you have an own car you can also try the streetwalkers in Essen or Dortmund (ca. 30 km far). It's a different experience than the clubs, RLDs and private modells. A mix of gypsy women, junkies, German oldies and some teens. Girls tend to be a little shabby but you can find some cuties there. Normal prices range between 20-30 Euro for BBBJ and FS; many (in particular the Gypsies) do bareback and/or anal (some even for the same price depending on your negotiation).

Both in Essen and Dortmund there a special parking boxes where you can have sex with the girl right there in your car. In Dortmund there is a ST hotel (I think it is called "Escort") nearby for 10-15 Euros AFAIR. Probably girls will come to your hotel room if you like (maybe try to charge you additional 5-10 Euros).

Don't be worried about the police cars; they regularly check these areas for drug dealing and pimping, but are not interested in making you or the girls any problem (as far as you do not give them any reason to check you).
