E4A is definitely no worse, and usually at least a bit better, than the average experience in NYC. On top of that, the owner makes an effort to communicate with customers on this forum, and makes it easy to keep up with available staff. What could be bad about that?

For those of you who seem to think the Trident crew is shilling and object to it - even assuming that things are as you say, you're only making it more effective by keeping not one but two threads going on and on. To some extent, there's no such thing as bad publicity...

That is the first in what will be endless favorable reviews. E4A DT really has the most consistent favorable reviews in it's class, there isno reason to see e4a MT any different.

E4A has endless amounts of excellent reviews, now midtown will get the same. It's all about reputation and consistency which E4A is all about.
