Thanks Sampson and Amigomio. I think all bars give commission for the drinks, isnt thats why its called a ficha. I understand on a 7$ drink for girl, the girl gets 3 or 3.50 per drink ?

Clubs where I go to, they sell beer for the girls in the can, the full can of TKT beer for 110 pesos.
The girls will drink 20-30 cans per night.
Imagine them... just picture them after 20 beers...

FYI, this is why so many chicas are sleeping in the bars late at night...they can't leave and they give up on trying to get fichas....in some of the smaller bars the chicas pass out, but generally the management has a couple of meseros take them upstairs and put them to bed....then the next morning the chica is generally broke.

The bars I mostly hangout in Las Chaveles and Bar Tropical most girls I'm with are usually lucky to have two or three fichas as they get most of their money from dancing for a buck, and rarely do they go upstairs much, and is one of the reasons why I like these bars.

Another interesting related topic is the fake beers, and half water or all water tequila they chicas get you to buy them. Another thing they do is pour their beer into the bucket when you are not looking! Maybe this could be the subject of another topic?

Actually as many know, I had chicas work in AB before I started doing the escort thing....There was no quota to work, but there was a quota if you wanted to leave before your 8 hours were over...some chicas like to work shorter hours, and if they make the number they can leave...I think it was around 15 or so...someone else may know todays numbers.

I think I've been telling you this for a long spell of a time.... girls always have some sort of a quota of some kind to serve the House (did you always think they could work for free at the premises??)... but then you have the girls that are the "Hot" ones.. the ones that can manage to earn enough money to get a nice profit and even then pay the House the quota expected from them without drinking a single drink, or with time enough to serve the House with unwilling customers.
Even at the prices you pay pay them...

I know I just said this elsewhere, but I still like Adelitas. Years ago, on my first trip to the zona, I went there because it was a great place for a rookie monger. Now that I've got the place wired, I am too comfortable to change. I've been to some of the other bars in the zona with mixed results. I will still wander to the others if AB and Chicago are full of dudes. But overall I still like the sheer numbers at AB. I can take my time and watch for the signs of a decent provider. Sometimes watching the girls interact with each other is a good indicator of nice/mean, friendly/bitchy, etc. I can't say anything bad about the other places, I just prefer the AB for the least amount of hassles.

I would say in Adelitas the girls don't really care if you buy them a drink or not, and in fact many of the hot ones think it's a waste of time. Now I understand the chicas have a drink quota to make, so they don't mind the drink.But the first thing they ask you if you want to go upstairs with them, fuck the drink! If you don't say yes, then they say, ok how about a drink.

This is one of the reasons why I recommend this bar to all first timers as all the girls go upstairs here, no bullshit like they are on their period, and it doesn't make a difference if you buy them a drink or not......your getting the same service..hopefully it won't be bad?

The other bars yes, it's customary to buy the chica a beer before going upstairs, but not mandatory, but sometimes if you don't buy them a drink, they will tell you no they don't go upstairs.

Note to all: Adelitas and Chicago Club are the bars most fequented by gringos. The sex is very mechanical. If you are looking for something better then try some of the smaller bars. Learning some Spanish will improve your chances for a better session.

Adelitas is a bar. Next door is a hotel where you go to spend time with the chica. (It's the same with all the bars in TJ. That way they can't be legally labled a brothel.)

Typically you'll spend about $60.00 for a 30 minute session with an AB chica. The hotel will be about $11.00. Don't forget to tip the towel boy a buck. How much you spend on drinks is up to you, but it's customary to buy the chica a beer before going upstairs.

No need to change money, green backs work and any change you get back will be in US currency. I would get a taxi after you walk across the border $5 to the Zona. Do not let the taxi driver talk you into going to a place he wants you at. Will be a massage joint where he gets a $20 commission. Ask to be dropped off at Adalitas, then you at the cetre of the action. You can walk it about 15 mins, always get a taxi back to the border, not worth hassling with Tijuana's finest who occsionaly will stop one and claim to be looking for drugs, with the hope that a stupid Gringo will drop a $20 on em so he can move on.Been stopped a few times but never paid.Be cool it's all good.

Being a repeat customer, they can and do change, had some rushed encounters from girls first time out, can get a half hour extra sometimes from my regulars - libre.
