We are planning to travel to Singapore on our way to Bali in September. While applying for a visa we have encountered a "letter of introduction" and I can not understand if everyone needs this. We are Russian citizens but American permanent residents and we already have hotel reservations and airline tickets. We do not know anyone living in Singapore. Please help.
