Technically both. However, on the fun part, you got upgraded to Business Class with the BJ then further upgraded to First class with the BBBJNQNS. If she a true tactician with the rub then 30 mins is a gyp. Since she had an Euro accent, I will play the odds and guess her rub is perfunctory at best. Final ruling: You got UPGRADED.
