...where to start.? I'll be honest. I'm a woman and know next to nothing about cars. However, I got a job as a car salesman. The manager said the reason was due to my customer service experience and my ability to talk to people. Only problem? I know nothing about cars, but he said he agreed that once I'm trained on the products I should do really well. Can anyone give me an idea where to start? I'm very young, too. Only 19, which is why I don't know that much.
 
Hopefully it's the new cars of a certain company. Used car salespeople will need to know a lot more. Once you've had some training it should be OK.
