Bernds / Schieferhof is at approx. 30 kms outside with a recommended hotel in the neighbourhood (Reuter, Hennef-Lichtenberg).

No need to believe in "mixed things" about Samya, many stunners and top-acts...

Samya is by popular opinion among the top 5 FKKs in Germany.
Take U16 from center to Michaelshoven then walk 5 min to Kichbaumweg.

Or bus 135, right to the door. Taxi about 16 Euro.

'No swim pool' is my only beef.

I'll be there this weekend (Fri/Sat, June 23+24) if you want a bilingual guide and transport. We could do a tour of the countryside in my motor home.

Guess I just wanted to know if there was a real doozy outside of town, that I should get a room near for a night. Otherwise I'm right central, and so if you know any proper privates-- to cut the wheat from the chaff, as it were -- you're welcome! I also plan to see Dortmund area.
I've heard mixed things about Samya. But if it's near by transit I could try it. Thanks for the tips!

Are you asking for hotels advice or FKK/privates advice?

Samya I have visited. It's fine. Sudbad has a good reputation, but I have not been there myself. Both are reasonably close to the centre, so surely your choice of hotel will not be that important. Cologne is not that big anyway.

I'll be in town in late June, so any advice for hotels near a good FKK (although I heard the one in city is not so good). Or good hotels in town? I hear the privates there are also worthwhile, but tips are welcome to cut down on the hunting time factor. Thanks guys.
