They are not intended for professional use. I actually have a turkey roaster that I got at Target for $30 and then bought my set of stones when I took the class. I like to be able to lay all of them out to see what size I am grabbing and to know which ones are hot and which ones are not!

I have that one, got it at Marshalls. My MT friend has two and uses them during her winter hot stone sessions.I have used it a couple of times and it's been nice for at-home use. Can't say how long it would stand up to long-term professional use though. The stones aren't that great, I collect my own at a local beach.
