Yeah she's been reviewed before (by tinytim) but I'm going to throw in my review simply because he was truly enthralled with her (and "she with him") and frankly I'm going to be a lot more objective.

After reading Tinytim's review and even Georgebushmoron's I decided that I would have to try Dynasty. I happened to be at Granville Island today so I gave Derek a call. He gave me the directions and address and off I went. Easy to find, lots of parking.
Went in and was introduced to Cici. I can pretty much echo what has been said about her. Very enthusiastic about her job Like the others we started in the shower. yes I was going to give her a low rating, but decided that if I did, it would have been more about my experience with it than her actual performance. So I would say her performance was pretty darned good.

Just got back from seeing Mabel and Cici ( different nights ) and I must say Derek has some extrordinary Ladies working with him. Not even to mention Niki!
