what does "Regular S9 tip" mean? is that less than Perla/Pure?

How does S9 work anyway? I’ve only ever been to pure and perla, where it’s $150 for 40 mins, etc. I dropped into S9 and saw the door fees on that small little sign. The receptionist wasn’t there so I couldn’t ask

It's not the same pricing scheme as Pure and Perla where it's $150 for 30 or 40 minutes. Studio 9 has a different pricing structure from way back that they never changed. It's $130 for 30 minutes, $170 for 45 minutes and $220 for an hour. The pricing for Plats is different too... it's all here:

I almost always do 45mins. Some times 30 if the girls is new and TOFTT. I tip a bit less for 30 mins. Like $40 for BJ vs. $50 when 45min session.
