Well, for the record, I was trying to be funny...I assume by default that any pic in any BP ad is "fake" e.g. not the actual provider OR if it happens to be the provider, most definitely unrepresentative of their appearance...

I just thought the white picket fence and green grass were hilarious as a choice to advertise a place in midtown.

That pic was not even taken in the US - Google Images says it was a Russian photographer. If you search, that pic can be found on many eastern block websites.
