...weeks? on may 4th (2011) i got a robo dwarf hamster. now i want another. i called the pet store and they said absolutely not and that if i had gotten them at the same time, they MIGHT not eat each other. i don't believe them and i think that since it hasn't been very long, i can get another and they will be fine. please let me know what you think and any experience you might have Thanks!

i wouldn't i had 3 robo hamsters they all fighted and ended up in 3 different cages

No. No. No. Do NOT do that. They will kill each other. Please believe me when I say that it doesn't matter how little time there is between when you got them, if you got them at separate time then they will not get along. They are not like other hamsters or gerbils that just need a period of time to get used to another member. If your hamsters are over the age of three months, and lived alone for any period of time, then they can NOT but 're-socialized'.

I wouldn't end up getting another one unless you buy a separate cage for another hamster if you put them together you might end up with one or they will fight till one starts bleeding although dwarfs and robos have a less chance of fighting than other breeds you still will be taking a good chance of one dying.
