Can I introduce legislation that demands news sources identify All suspects

by Race re crimes? to include crimes committed by Caucasians/whites?
just as they do regarding suspects who are Black or Latino?
My local paper always identifies Black suspects as "Black" or African American. But they do not identify Caucasians as "Caucasians".
They'll report for example,
"Suspect was wearing a black coat and brown pants". This person is undoubtedly caucasian.
Another example: "Suspect was Black and wearing a blue coat and brown pants and white sneakers"...
and so obviously the person was Black,
or,
"The suspect, from Holmdel, was wearing dark clothes. No other identification was given. (Obviously caucasian)
or
"The suspect, from Wall, was identified as Black, 5'9", heavy set with a beard."

Or perhaps I will start my own newspaper wherein I will identify all suspects as Caucasian, Black, Latino, etc..........

(Then we have another situation where a Caucasian woman is treated 'differently' than a Black man during an arrest.
Black man, Caucasian women, caught doing drugs in her apartment. He didn't live there. Both suspected of 'selling'. Black man comes out in cuffs. White woman escorted out of apartment with no cuffs. Both are put in squad cars. Follow up story in paper shows picture of Black man at a trial where he was a "witness" for the prosecution a few years back. It was to be his first arrest.
Follow up story talks about his testimony during that trial and then inserts that he was arrested - charge, possession. Waaaay at the end of article is a blurb about the woman being arrested for possession, selling, possession of drug paraphernalia and $3,000.00 cash found under her mattress. She admits it is her money. He is jailed with a $5000.00 bond. She is released on a 'summons.' She has two prior drug related arrests.
Odd really.
