That poll did not distinguish « in room » and « at entrance ». There is a huge difference between both: the first type is totally illegal and the second type is legal.



If you refuse cameras at the entrance of MPs, I would suggest that you stop going to MPs. There are legitimate reasons for the owners to have them installed and they are legal. Are you at risk because of those cameras ? There are no 0 risk situations in life. Someone may use them to blackmail you. That would be a criminal action of course, and bad business, but it is always possible. I personally think that the advantages of having them for security reasons, protecting both the clients and the people working in MPs, far outweights the risk they represent.

You should have had the decency not to mention a place that has a NRP , and to edit your own post by erasing the name instead of having a mod to do it.

I used to go to a massage parlour on henri bourassa between papineau and christophe colombe..On my last visit as I came out of the room
I looked at the reception where a labtop was open and I could see
a camera feed as someone is leaving the rooms
heading towards the reception area.

There is also a camera that will catch the client
as the client walks down the stairs..

Now why would a salon want to record the image
of its clients twice as the clients are leaving and before they enter?
Which makes me wonder if I can afford to trust them....
I think not..

Even though I like the girl there
I will not return..

I believe the parlour calls itself OCEAN on its cards and they are
in the basement of an apartment building..

They should lose the cameras...

What are you worried about?
Cameras are everywhere some you see some you don't.

Where you really have to worry is if they are in the room
so they can film you naked getting your pole shined.

They sell device that can detect cameras if you're so worried about it.
do a search there's a thread discussing this issue.

The vast majority have cameras my friend find another hobby or
you won't be relaxed enough to enjoy the massage.

Reception areas and hallways, I'd agree.
But in the rooms, I find your estiate very very high.

I recently spoke to a masseuse who stated that "all the big salons have cameras in the rooms". She named a few well-known places where she has worked. I believe her. Fortunately they are the kind of places I avoid. She said the object is not "voyeurism", but to protect the girls and to check up on new girls.
