Hello. Today i read rippetoe guide. I am newbie and going to do this program. But i have a little problem. I am little underweight, can't gain weight without exercise because i have very very fast metabolism. So i can't do Sets across because i need to lift same weight. I can do bench press with only bar. I can to do deadlift more then with bar. I can't do military press with bar. So you can see the problem. I am very weak and someone can laugh at me but i can't sit at home. I want to lift more weight. Please tell me another method of weight progression. I am 15 years old.
