When it comes to screwed up appointments, no shows, sessions cut short, attitude from MPA - who has the best customer service to address theses issues? It sucks when this happens but sometimes it does. Early hop into the shower can ruin a session that otherwise has been great.
Based on my personal experience I have to give it Steels Royals and Flirt! They were both very reasonable (sofar) - thank you guys! The receptionist talks to me in private, talks to the girl in private, or just gives the owner a quick call - and resolves the issue on the spot! And mostly a fair judge I have to say. Credit towards next session or money back - a good customer service is appreciated!! It's nice to know they understand this is hobby gets pricey.
AGS. So far I never needed one at AGS. The dude at AGS seems like a nice guy but sometimes on the phone he sounds aggravated or pissed off - maybe it's the accent. I guess luckily so far nothing effed up enough happened to demand a compensation and I hope it doesn't. I have a feeling they would not do it.
HFH. Once I had a small issue at HFH, wasn't anything too terrible I guess. However something could of been done in terms of customer service though. The receptionist told me she is not allowed to do anything - you have to email the owners. She told she is not allowed to call the owner she reports too. lol. Some room for improvements there HFH.
How is Muse on these things?
