If the girl is light and experienced it can be very helpful for a tight back. If she's not adept at it, or much heavier than 90 pounds, it isn't that enjoyable.

I've had some girls who were lighter and knew what they were doing really massage out some tough spots on my back by walking on it first, but I've also had some heavier ones basically walk on my back to kill time. I broke my back when I was a teenager and never knew it. Likely from dirt biking. I also have SI problems from another fall so I actually go for massages as therapy. HE is just a nice bonus.
