any strip clubs in Jaco??? stayin in mariott los suenos for 2 nights with a bunch of guys and we're looking for some fun. any info is greatly appreciated!!

The old Hollywood is now Depelufo's. Haven't been in the Jaco one, because Hollywood was a known ripoff. Maybe it has changed, because I know that the one in SJ is great

read one of my old posts....the place we went is such a rip off...you know u are there ..when u go up some stairs...and its very dark....if you do go(since there isnt a phucking thing going on in that town until after 9.30 ) then only take 20.00 with u ...as the last guy said ..its a rip off club...good luck ..stay in san jose and enjoy your vacation ..as the stay "JACO IS FOR SUCKERS" trust me ...dont waste your time !!!

Ok:

The strip club scene here in Jaco is definately not up to par, and the reports stated are accurate. I have been to both here(Divas which is the one above Pancho Villas and Depelufos which is the old Hollywood) and would never go back. for the same reasons others have stated.

Now, saying Jaco is for Suckers, well that's totally false. Hey, sorry you had a bad experience in those places. They are known clip joints, but Jaco is far from a place for Suckers. The mongering scene here is great. If you know the whole scene here beforehand and the prices of everything before you arrive, there are no surprises. Seems to be thousands of alledged "Suckers" that have a great time here every yearand keep coming back.

Sorry your visit didn't go as planned. If you ever decide to pass through again, contact me for some good inside information on the whole scene here and perhaps you'll be better armed and ready, and have a great time.

hook....i think you meant well with your post...but as you have your views on jaco ...so do i...and since this member asked for info..i shared with him , what i found ...i still wont go back to that shit hole ...even if i won a free trip to it....as you stated i needed to " more informed " before coming here ..will i read every post on this site and isg site before going and as i said ...there is nothing to do during the daytime ...if you can show me some posts they say anything else ( except for someone saying you need to hook up with a few of the locals or you didnt look in the right place) well i am no rookie at hunting pu*sy in any town ..i have some street smarts and i feel if there is some play for pay ...i can find it...we went to most every bar on the beach and walked the strip....nothing and i mean nothing...and most hotels wont let you bring a girl back to your room...plus me getting robbed (girl took my camera , mp3 and watch ) so if that is your ideal of a good time ...Jaco is all yours!! 12 trips to san jose ...zero problems ..1 trip to Jaco....robbed and no pu*sy until after 10:00 pm at night ....

Stay out of the strip clubs, go to the Beatle Bar about 8:45PM and watch the parade begin. During the day go fishing or zip lining. There is phuck all to do in Jaco during the day unless you surf......
