Lulu Villa / See You Scarborough & Richmond Hill respectively are my favourites - literally all of their girls are hot/ open or both IMO. Sugar Love Spa in North York is solid but slightly less open menu usually, has a couple hot Viets. Dream Inn north on Yonge although I haven’t tried there myself the reports are good. Forever Spa has Viet Lisa who is a champion, and Japanese / Chinese mix Tracy who isn’t Viet as far as I know but is Sulexa service level good!

There are some recent threads... Although young viet talent somewhat subjective. Golden/Pink/Sulexa will often have some young talent
Lulu/See you --agree very solid... Maybe not necessarily youngest talent but excellent by most standards
