Girls are hit and miss.
Year or so ago had FS with a decent 30ish asian milf looking girl. $150 all in. BBBJ included.
But I've also had really shit experience here too. Like 5 mins of light back rub then flip and a jackhammer HJ. Girl was younger and better looking but service was shit.

Had a buddy that lives near there who says mammasan is cracking down on FS and he's had a hard time getting bbbj there these days.

Hahaha if you mean Sunshine Spa at Finch & Keele, the pictures are 100% not accurate! I don't mean like they're pictures taken strategically, and you can kind of see how they could be the same - I mean that they pictures are science fiction compared to the real girls, just completely made up.

Yes, Boss (a 40 year old cranky old lady) does demand room fee up front before showing you the line up. If she is not there, you will get a good chance to see the lineup. I have been there like 2 to 3 times. One time I left because they have pork chop. First time was alright. third time i was there, I was deceived by Vixon. She pretends to be friendly at the lineup. Once you pick her, the session goes downhill from there. I am not surprise she is no longer working there.

Place use to be pretty dumpy. They tried to remake themselves as a higher class place with some renovations and an good looking website. But it's still dumpy. They use to get a lot of girls from out east or students. There's a black bouncer in there nowadays who also often acts as the receptionist after there were some issues many years ago. Sister spa to Vivid and Taboo and supposedly another out in Scarborough (can't confirm this one though).

I concur about the pictures on their site. Heavy photoshopped at the least.

Biggest problem is if your employees and owners have no clue what it is like to act with class then how are you going to bring the place up in standards?

They may get a few gems here and there but from what I've seen mostly misses.
