My parents.....are getting divorced...currently selling their house....my dad...decides to show up at my house at 8am this morning...cat in hand....litter box food etc....he says "this cat is driving us nuts b/c we have people coming for open house's almost every day...." WTF!!! I already said NO weeks ago b/c I ALREADY HAVE A PERSIAN CAT!! (who hates other cats...)
So I try to introduce the 2 cats...they are moaning hissing.....what the heck do I do?
I need help! I need suggestions!!! Help!!

I hear ya,at first it seems like they hate each other.But trust me,they'll eventually get over it.And if they start fighting,dont step in-they NEED to work out who's boss and what the rules are.The only time you can step in,is if you see blood,which rarely happens.Seriously,I had two cats-when a female and her litter of 5 showed up! They absolutely hated each other-1 month later-I saw them cuddling on the sofa.
So yeah,just let them do their thing-and it should work out.
