Access to higher levels

To apply for gaining access to higher levels in MM please send a PM to one the following MODs for approval.

1)MOD M01
2)MOD M02
3)MOD M03
4)MOD M04
5)MOD M05


The following members are eligible to apply.
1) Members with more than 50 quality posts ( with at least 20 good reviews )
2) Members who are respectful and polite.
3) Members with at least 3 months of membership with MM.


Levels in MM

A) Registered members (requirements: N/A)
B) Therapists (requirements: You have to call me for approval)
C) Sponsors (Paid members : Salon Owners)
D) VIP (requirements: All the three conditions mentioned above)
E) Platinum (requirements: VIP members with more than 200 posts)
F) Board of Directors (Only 9 members plus Admin. Sorry, but you can not apply for this level.)

For the record I do have access to VIP and have over 200 posts and have requested access to Platinum and no one has bothered to respond or explain why I do not have access.

Perhaps, it is because I occasionally like to call a spade a spade (e.g. in the Montreal section under "Bushes" where I call Anton on his made up statistic of 99%).

Maybe, it is because I have expressed opinions that were not popular with the higher ups. They seem to like to tow the line and say the same things over and over. New opinions are subject to reprimand.

Who knows.

I think there is a BIG difference between making Posts and contributing Reviews. Maybe if you write about some of the sessions you've had with customers... the board members might grant you access to the VIP.

well of corse there is, but I am a masseuse and not a client lol
but still a big part of mm for almost 2 years now.
I dident even know I actualy could review past session with clients...... would they even be confortable with it, would kam even allow this???

Ok first off I must say I LOVE your new Avatar . Too bad you are all the way on the south shore because I would definately love to revisit you outside of your old place.

Nadia... Unless you become a client and honestly review other massage therapists you can not have access to higher levels. As your first review I can definately volunteer to be the MP , you pay me for being the MP and the extras and then you can review me. Just let me know when your interested in taking the rendezvous and then you can write up your review in the "independants" section that will count as your first review.

On one condition - you cannot use their names.
I think it would be great to hear about a session from both points of view.
Think about it guys, it would give us an inside look at what pleases these ladies vs what they don't like.
I know, some of you experts out there already have them all figured out, but I'm still learning.

There was a thread on eforum.xxx a long time ago. I believe Maylee started it. Girls posted accounts of their sessions with clients. Usually it was outrageous, funny or awkward experiences. Yes, I'd love to see reviews of your sessions with clients. No, you shouldn't use their names. Or you could make up a name. And you should be aware that the client may recognize himself in the review.

Is there any point to general membership in Montreal Massage

The requirement to post 100 quality reviews to get into the VIP seems Machiavellian at best. I'm sure the thinking here is:

" we only want a member who will make lots of posts for us to read and anybody who really wants to join VIP will go to this trouble"

Perhaps you haven't considered the following:
- there are hardly any reviews in the general section that are worth reading so why should I share with all the guys in VIP when they aren't sharing with me.
- one poster must have at least one hundred quality reviews about the same girl at Lotus - is that a legit way to become a VIP member and is it useful?
- assuming I never take more than a standard HJ, its going to cost me about $7,000 - $8,000 to join VIP - why not just charge $100/yr to join VIP, it'll be a lot cheaper! It'll be an even better deal if I actually want to have some fun in a decent MP.
- assuming I go to massage twice/week except my 2 weeks vacation, it'll take a year to join VIP. 2years if I only once per week.
- I can read and share the same info on eforum.xxx and MERC without such onerous requirements - why am I doing this again?
- members will make up 100 BS reviews just to join - and for other reasons - great so I'm reading BS reviews which makes them useless or worse.
- assuming there are 100 members who join VIP this year, they will have jointly posted about 10,000 quality reviews over the past year or so. Given the limited number of salons that MM allows posts for, there is really a very limited number of girls to talk about - lets say 200 - which is a good number. This means you'll see 50 posts about each girl on average during the last year or so. How can that be useful or helpful to anybody?

So my conclusion is that MM is not really interested in new VIP members but just want unsuspecting general members to think that if they post reviews, they will eventually be invited into the inner circle to find out who gave who a BBBJ or who swallows. Of course this info is not available in VIP - this is just regular reviews that get posted here. But it doesn't matter because no one will ever go to the trouble of posting 100 legit, non-BS reviews. They'll just go over to a competing board, or they'll go to an MP and not bother to share here because none of the VIP members or higher here really intends to share - they only want to take. Hence my question: Is there any point to general membership in Montreal Massage? It would certainly be nice if someone could explain what is the logic behind this policy or do they just want to maintain a private club? If so, well good luck with the little club boys.

wow this thread caught some attention lol sorry guys but for me, what goes on in my room stays there. (well almost lol since you guys talk about it) I think it would make some people unconfortable if they recognize themselfs in what I say even if I am or am not talking about them so I realy rather not.

But What I can say is i love it when the guy brings me chocolat, white chocolat (de preference tsé) and a realy good foot massage to! ;-)

u need about 20 ... and if ur a bit short and have a good rep i'm sure you'll get in!

Ah Nadia, petite Nadia, makeit a bien expliqué combien il était difficile d'entrer dans la VIP Room et déraisonnable de vouloir y entrer. Ce forum VIP n'est pas pour tout le monde, juste pour ceux qui aiment se louanger les uns les autres en se disant "On est tellement mieux que le monde ordinaire".

Déjà le MM demande de s'identifier pour voir les contributions anonymes faites gratuitement. Pourquoi se taper la routine du mot de passe pour entrer sur un forum public? Parce qu'il n'est pas au grand air, il est dans un auditorium fermé. Il faut être compté à l'entrée parce que le proprio aime se péter les bretelles avec le nombre de gars qui passent son tourniquet. Quelle jouissance! Quelle nuisance!

Tiens-toi bien, Nadia. Dans cet auditorium où n'entre pas qui veut, ils ont aussi une salle encore plus privée. Pour les initiés seulement, pour les bons copains seulement. Femmes exclues parce qu'on parle d'elles entre gars en se disant des affaires de gars.

Je me demande si dans cette salle privée, on n'a pas aussi un cabanon encore plus privé où on se parle à voix basse.

Est-ce bien important ce que les supermembres VIP se disent? Pas plus que ce que les gars se disaient à la taverne dans le temps.

Moi je suis pour les forums publics ouverts à la lecture de tous où on s'exprime plutôt librement, où les gens ordinaires ont autant le droit de parole que ceux qui se croient extraordinaires.

Pour un, je ne voudrais pas que tu nous prives de tes messages parce que tu les aurais cachés dans le VIP Room. Reste avec nous tous, les ordinaires, charmante petite Nadia. Tes nombreux clients savent que tu es extraordinaire. Pas besoin d'aller te cacher dans un VIP Room pour qu'un petit groupe te le dise.

Some of you just don't get it.
The multi level system serves as a protection for all involved. No explicit details are out there for the general publicto see. The general public includes LE and the media.
As for getting into VIP, if you post a few serious quality posts, a senior member will notice and ask that you be moved up to VIP. You don't need 100 posts, we're looking for quality, not quantity.
It's as simple as that.
As much as I personally would love to see Nadia, Irina, and some of our other participating sponsors and masseuses in VIP, I don't think it would serve the purpose for which the VIP section was created. Let's face it, it's a place for the boys to speak a little more openly about their experiences.
Another thing that you would not know unless you are a VIP memebr is that from time to time we remind each other to do double posts to keep the public section interesting. That means a PG post in the public section and a more open account of the same session in the VIP section. Some of us make a concentrated effort at this and some a bit less. We do try to keep things lively everywhere.
As for that member that makeit referred to who has many posts about Lotus, I have two comments to make. That member also has hundreds of posts about many other places. That member will no longer be going to Lotus because of recent activities that took place there, so don't worry, the onslaught of Lotus posts has stopped.

I think "Makeit" made some excellent points, and he bothered to write them in a post. Likely, many, many other lurkers drew the same conclusions and figured "f@#k MM" why even bother to explain. They lurk, take, and never give, because they feel similar to what "makeit" explained.

Makeit also failed to mention that one can get into platinum and for no explained reason be reset down a few levels, and forced to climb back up.

It doesnt take much intelligence to figure out "why" higher lvl areas exist.

I will give you the recent example of a detailed negative review of Mulan where the member who posted pretty much got attacked/questionned both in the public section and by PM.

THAT is the main reason why blocked off areas exist so people can post freely and not be bothered for posting a negative review. As far as the higher lvl above VIP... Well heres another scenario... I now get bumped to VIP and post a somewhat detailed review about an MP . Some other person in VIP(for all intents and purposes I shall call this person "loser") now tells the MP my story and that MP figures out WHO I AM and the next time I go there Im blasted by the MP because of the review. How would you feel?

To get to the highest lvl its not necessarily about the number of postings so much as FULL TRUST.

If you dont understand this then I don't know a more simple way to explain it. Put yourself in the shoes of someone that the above has happened to...
