This area is starting to feel the effects of the Lower East Side hipsterism. What used to be a sign company on the corner is now a bar called Painkiller with $14.00 cocktails. Les Enfants Terribles is right around the corner. But then again, Fantasian is about two blocks south.
Around the corner is a basement joint at 51 Canal. Anyone tried this?
