Germany has the best, safest, most sanitary, legal prostitution in the world.
The region Frankfurt-Duesseldorf-Aachen is known as the 'Pussy Triangle'.
Duesseldorf has a 'vibrant' prostitution scene, there must be >1000 venues.

But mostly small operations in apartments and homes. There is a Laufhaus style brothel somewhere near the RR station, but I have never had an urge to go there.

There is a popular Partytreff (swing club where men are welcome) in the suburb of Mettmann that gets reasonable reports in the German forums.

Nearby Cologne (Koeln) has several large bathhouse style clubs which are highly recommended: Samya and Sudbad comes to mind.
