I had arthritis in my knees beat for twenty years by keeping my legs strong(cycling across continents etc,). Last five years lots of chronic pain and my hip never hurt then I needed a new one over two or three months. So genetics and a lot of hard work and old sports injuries probably the cause.

Thanks, good advise. I am almost there no time to be a cowboy now. Otherwise I am in a good position. Just saw my advisor today I have no money problems and still have a good job and hopefully and probably full health back and I am a good health freak.

Diagram for HSV doesn’t seem to help re: HSV. Is that 1:1000 if you are symptomatic? Or average for all cases whether you are symptomatic or not? I thought that HSV was highly contagious when symptomatic but less so when not - but transmission is still possible if the affected cells are close to the surface they can still be shed, causing infection.
