There are still cases but the severity is down. Here is a tracker, there are still >20,000 tests a week with <10% positivity

High Hospitalization rates weren't necessary if effective front line treatments such as Ivervectim were used instead of being banned by the powers that be in favor of the so called covid vaccine that couldn't even stop transmission. Secondly, I question the honesty and accuracy of the covid Hospitalization rates. Many hospitals had financial incentives to report incidences as covid related when they weren't at all.

COVID was real and will always exist but the measures we put in place did more harm than good in the long term. Of course, the rich, elitist and tone deaf assholes will think we are in a great place today due to all of the lockdowns because they weren't affected one bit by it. A friend works in Toronto General and she told me they were never as busy as the TV told you. That's how you create fear, wake up, or keep sleeping, up to you.

Hindsight is 20/20. Clearly the world was not properly prepared for a pandemic. Some of the powers that be did way too little for too long, while others over stepped or did stupid things. Some of these leaders acted in good faith, right or wrong, while others were malicious or opportunistic. While we cannot change the past, hopefully this whole experience leaves the world better prepared for the next and inevitable pandemic.

From my selfish POV, I am glad my business is solvent again and that BBBJs are available. Paid sex is back and I can afford it again.

I do not deny that Covid was a virus and many people caught it, however, if it was as deadly as many tried to make it out to be, how is it that all the MPs and SPs that continued working didn't end up in the hospital or a grave? They continued seeing many different people and in close intimate contact, no social distancing. You can say oh the places cleaned better or disinfected more, whatever, that still didn't compensate for giving a bbbj, exchanging bodily fluids. If you look at the stats you will notice in Canada that the majority of people who died were over 82 years of age, which just happens to be the average age people live to in normal times. Was there people who died who were younger, yes there were, but how many of those had other issues that would have been affected in a strong flu season?
