The first 30 minutes of the session, she asked me to assist her to set up her account her on MP, I was a touch surprised myself.

Like everyone else, she's looking for business and wants to ensure her regulars visit. Business is down 30% to 40% for some spas.
So, Robot22 is Cynthia, and I ask you to assist her in her endeavours over the next few months.
